クラスの予約につきましては前日の9:00pmまでにaliveyoga@gmail.comまでご連絡下さい。

定員に空きがあれば参加可能です。ご理解とご協力のほどどうぞよろしくお願い致します！

If you would like to attend a class, please make a reservation by 9:00pm the day before.
(space permitting). The reservation email is as follows; aliveyoga@gmail.com !
